Where the Firm Started

A capable trial practice with a website that answered to its own name and very little else. One of the firm’s attorneys described the position in his own words:

“A few years ago, my firm was invisible online; no potential new client would have ever found us unless they were specifically looking for us.” — Firm attorney

The firm had reputation, referrals, and results. What it had yet to build was a way for an injured person in Waterbury to find it at the moment they started searching.

What We Built

We chose one fight and committed to it: Waterbury and Connecticut car accident search. Rather than spreading thin across every practice area at once, we built depth in the place where the firm’s caseload and the local search volume overlapped.

Across nine monthly cycles from October 2025 through June 2026:

14

new pages

20

articles

1

major rewrite of an existing core page

35

content orders placed and published

The first cycle launched two core pages and two supporting articles. Every cycle after that extended the cluster, added supporting depth, and connected new content back to the money pages.

What it produced inside the practice

“The amount of new calls we’re getting… people have said, ‘We found you on Google. We found you online.'”

On a February 16 progress call, one of the firm’s attorneys reported that the firm opened more than 30 new files during January, and that at least three of those clients volunteered that they had found the firm online.

The firm’s historical pattern was five or six online-attributed matters in a full year.

The AI moment

On June 10, 2026, one of the firm’s attorneys sent this:

“Today, we retained a client who said he found us on ChatGPT! … All of the effort from you and your team is working, and I am grateful for that.”

That is a retained client, not an inquiry. It arrived from a surface that did not meaningfully exist in this firm’s referral picture a year earlier, and it arrived because the same content that earns Google visibility is the content large language models read when they answer a question about injury lawyers in Waterbury.

The work continues

Nine cycles built the foundation. The next phase deepens the Connecticut car accident cluster, extends into adjacent injury topics, and builds on the AI visibility signal that is already producing retained clients.

If you run a small firm and your website answers to your own name and little else, that is a solvable problem. Let’s talk about what a focused nine cycles would look like in your market.
